These pre-launch terms outline the intended rules for using CloserWell and require legal review before launch.
Using CloserWell
CloserWell is a wellness tracking companion intended to help users organize information they choose to track about their GLP-1 journey. You are responsible for the information you enter and for using the service lawfully.
Not medical care
CloserWell does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, prescribing, dosing instructions, or treatment. Do not use CloserWell as a substitute for professional medical care or emergency services.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. CloserWell may require a valid authenticated account for private product features.
Subscriptions
CloserWell may offer free and paid functionality. RevenueCat remains the source of truth for supported paid subscription entitlement and purchase-management flows. Applicable billing-provider terms also apply to purchases made through those systems.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with CloserWell systems, upload unlawful content, or use the product to harm another person.
Availability and changes
Features may evolve as CloserWell develops. We may update, discontinue, or change product functionality when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal requirements, or product development.
Account deletion
CloserWell includes an authenticated deletion flow for permanently deleting an account. Some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, or legal needs, subject to final legal review of this policy.
